Information on the final state certification of graduates of the Tashkent Medical Academy

I. General Provisions

The Final State Attestation of Graduates of the Tashkent Medical Academy (hereinafter: the Academy) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education” and “On the National Program of Personnel Training” (hereinafter: State Attestation) is conducted in accordance with this Provision.
State certification of graduates finishes with a diploma in the State sample (Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from June 2, 1999 № 282 “On admission to higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the 1999-2000 academic year”).
The state certification is carried out by state commissions formed on each specialty (specialty) and is called the “State Certification Commission”.
State certification commissions carry out their activity on the basis of the final state certification of graduates of higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the normative documents of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, the Ministry of Health, the present Regulations and the minimum qualification requirements set out in the State Educational Standard.
The main tasks of the State Certification Commission are:
Evaluating the degree and level of preparedness of the graduate to comply with the requirements of the state educational standard;
the decision of the final State Commission on the basis of qualification and awarding of graduates with appropriate diplomas;
Preparation of proposals on improvement of learning outcomes in relevant educational directions based on the results of the state certification.
