Webinar dedicated to the problems of treatment of surgical soft tissue infection in patients with diabetes mellitus.

04/27/2021 at 14.00 the Department of General and Pediatric Surgery No. 1, held a Webinar with international participation, dedicated to the topic: “Innovative technologies in the treatment of wounds.”

The webinar was organized at the Center for Purulent Surgery and Surgical Complications of Diabetes Mellitus, on the basis of the TMA multidisciplinary clinic.

The topic of the webinar is devoted to the problem of treating chronic wounds that dominate in patients with diabetes mellitus. Speaker, associate professor Kasimov Ulugbek Kurkmasovich highlighted modern problems in the treatment of patients with this pathology, pointed out their features and the role of using innovative technologies in their treatment.

The webinar was attended by: specialists in the field of surgical infections of the regions of the Republic (Bukhara, Samarkand, Namangan), RSNPMC of Endocrinology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic, Dr. Omar Abou Chakra (Director Medical and Marketing, USGP, United States, TX), Dr. Rami Jarrav and students of advanced training courses at TMA and TMA students.

During the webinar Kasimov U.K. answered questions and the webinar participants exchanged their experience of treating patients with this pathology.
