Today, at Tashkent Medical Academy, the grand opening ceremony of the “We Are the Healthy Children of Our Homeland” sports festival, traditionally held under the slogan “Sport – the foundation of a healthy nation and a healthy generation,” took place.
The event was attended by the leadership of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Sports, as well as the administration, professors, teachers, staff, and students of Tashkent Medical Academy.
The opening ceremony was inaugurated with a speech by Sarvarkhon Buzrukhonov, Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation. In his speech, he emphasized the significant role of the activity of medical professionals and youth in promoting a healthy lifestyle, noting that their enthusiasm for sports would serve as an example for the wider community.
