On May 6, 2025, the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Kungirotboy Sharipov, visited Tashkent State Medical University. There, he first inspected the modern conditions and innovative infrastructure created in the university’s main academic building.
The Minister also got acquainted with the organization of educational processes at the university, practical training, conditions created in the centers of simulation, digital technologies, information resources and biomedical technologies based on advanced technologies. During the process, special attention was paid to the conveniences created for students, modern teaching methods and opportunities to gain practical experience.
The Minister also had an open and sincere dialogue with foreign students, in particular, students from India. During the conversation, students expressed their satisfaction with the modern conditions created at the university, expressed positive opinions about the quality of education, communication with professors and teachers, and living opportunities.
At the end of the meeting, the Minister gave the university administration relevant instructions to further increase the conveniences for foreign students and organize their free time meaningfully.
