Yesterday, in the city of Termiz, in the Termiz branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy, a scientific-practical conference “Actual problems of obstetrics and ways to solve them” was held. The conference was held jointly with the initiatives of the departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Family Medicine (head of the department Prof. D.K. Najmutdinova), Obstetrics and Gynecology (head of the department F.I. Shukurov) and Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of TTA Termiz branch (head of the department D.A. Khurmatova). This scientific-practical conference was organized in order to implement the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 29, 2014 No. 205 “On measures to further improve the procedure for organizing and conducting public events” On April 23-24, the city of Termiz was held in a hybrid form in the conference hall of “Imam Termizi International Research Center”. Professors and teachers of our department took an active part in the scientific-practical conference on the topic “Actual problems of midwifery and ways to solve them” with their lectures and master classes. Head of our department, professor Najmutdinova Dilbar Kamariddinovna, one of the current topics in obstetrics, “Caesarean section. in their lectures “safe solution or threat to the future”, they gave full information about the role, frequency and complications of cesarean section in modern obstetrics. Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Shukurov Farkhod Ishkulovich “Hemorrhagic shock. “Infusion-transfusion therapy in obstetric bleeding” highlighted the current topic. Abdullayeva Lagiya Mirzatullaevna of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology spoke about “Problems and ways to reduce maternal mortality in Surkhandarya region.” Professor Magzumova Nargiza Makhkamovna gave information about thromboembolic complications, which is the most serious complication of obstetrics and gynecology, in her lecture entitled “Prevention of thromboembolic complications during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period”. They read and heard about emergency care in the event of thromboembolic complications, measures to prevent these complications. Associate Professor Atakhodjaeva Fatima Abduraimovna gave detailed information about the diagnosis and modern treatment methods of anemia, which is considered the most common somatic pathology in pregnant women, in her lectures “New criteria for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of anemia in pregnant women in the primary medical-sanitary and obstetric institutions of the healthcare system”. they gave information. At the end of the conference, professor Najmutdinova Dilbar Kamariddinovna presented the master class “Emergency medical aid in midwifery practice” in an interactive way. In it, the step-by-step steps of providing first aid to women with the help of a multidisciplinary team in case of emergency obstetrics were explained, and the clinical guide “Emergency Obstetrics” was presented to all participants. The held scientific-practical conference made a great contribution to the development of academic mobility, as well as illuminating the actual problems of obstetrics from a theoretical and practical point of view.
