Regarding the credit-modular system, a student who misses 25% or more of the classroom hours allocated for one subject without an excuse will be excluded from this subject, will not be admitted to the final exam and will not master the corresponding credits for this subject. A student who is not included in the final type of control or is not included in it, as well as who received an unsatisfactory grade for this type of control, is considered an academic debtor.
A student can be expelled from a higher education institution in the following cases:
1) in connection with the transfer of training to another educational institution;
2) for violating academic discipline, internal regulations and rules of etiquette of the higher education institution;
3) due to missing classes for more than 74 hours during one semester without valid reason;
4) in connection with late payment of tuition fees (for students studying under a fee-based contract) and others.
