Grounds for issuance of entry visas
invitation; to receive an invitation, the applicant must provide a passport copy to the inviting party.
Visas to enter Uzbekistan for foreign nationals are issued by:
a) Consular offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad or, in their absence, consular offices of other States with which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (MFA) has bilateral agreements.
b) subdivisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Uzbekistan’s international airports.
c) by issuing an e-visa through the official e-visa portal of Uzbekistan at evisa.mfa.uz
Visas are issued for a period not exceeding one year.
