- On the creation of an academic council providing academic degrees

To defend a thesis for the degree of Doctor of Science (PhD) and Doctor of Science (PhD) at the Tashkent Medical Academy in the Academic Council DSc.27.06.2017.Tib.30.01 in the following specialties:
14.00.10 – infectious diseases; 14.00.26 phthisiology; 14.00.30 Epidemiology. Create a one-time scientific council in the following specialties: 03.00.04-Microbiology and Virology, 03.00.06-Zoology (Medical Sciences) on the basis of the Academic Council, which provides these degrees. 3. To approve the composition of the scientific council of the doctor of science (doctor of science) and the doctor of philosophy (doctor of philosophy) of the Tashkent Medical Academy on the degree of doctor of science No. 27.06.2017.Tib.30.01 according to the annex.
According to the Resolution of the Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Academic Council for Academic Degrees” on the establishment of a one-time academic council based on the Academic Council of the Tashkent Scientific Academy of Sciences No. 27.06.2017.Tib.30.01 in accordance with the Decree of the Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 28, 2017 No. 247 / B to ensure the implementation of Decree number 3
In accordance with the Decree of the Presidium of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 28, 2017 No. 247/3 on the basis of the Academic Council of the Tashkent Medical Academy No. 27.06.2017.Tib.30.01 from 14.00.10 N.U. Tadariev “Infectious diseases and 14.00.09- Create a one-time scientific advice for the degree of Doctor of Science to defend a thesis on the topic” Improving the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of pneumococcal infections in pediatric specialties. ” To approve the composition of a one-time academic council for the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc) for thesis defense 14.00.10 – “Infectious diseases and 14.00.09 – Pediatric specialties” according to the Appendix. This one-time Academic Council establishes its activities on the basis of the requirements of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan and determines its term of office until March 31, 2018.
- To approve the Regulations on the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Regulations on the Academic Council on the degree and appeal of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan (12.27.2017, 8n-3/269). In pursuance of the Resolution of the Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Communication of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 28, 2017 No. 247:
Allow the defense of a thesis for the degree in the following specialties in the Academic Council DSc.27.06.2017.Tib.30.03, Doctor of Medical Sciences and Doctor of Medical Sciences at the Tashkent Medical Academy; hygiene 14.00.07; 14.00.15 Pathological anatomy; 14.00.16 Normal and pathological physiology; 14.00.24-Forensic medicine.
Based on the scientific councils that provide these scientific degrees, it is allowed to create a one-time scientific council on scientific degrees: 14.00.02 Morphology; 03.00.01-Biochemistry (medical science, which consists of 21 people). The Scientific Council of the Doctor of Science (Ph.D) and the Doctor of Science (PhD) of the Tashkent Medical Academy according to the appendix.
- To approve the “Regulations on the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the Regulations on the Academic Council on the degree and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan (12.27.2017, 8n-3/269 In order to ensure compliance with the Resolution of the Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 287 of 28 December 2017, No. 247/2 of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan: Doctor of Science and Doctor of Medical Sciences at the Tashkent Medical Academy DSc.27.06.2017.Tib.30.02 Scientific Council of Scientific Levels for the next defense authorization thesis. 14.00.03 oh dokrinologii; 14.00.05 – internal diseases; 14.00.12-medical rehabilitation; 14.00.29 – Hematology and Transfusiology.
To create on the basis of the Academic Council a one-time scientific council in the following specialties, which provides the following degrees: 14.00.17-Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacology; 14.00.20 – Medical genetics; 14.00.25 – Clinical laboratory and functional diagnostics; 14.00.36-Allergology and Immunology; 14.00.38-Sports medicine (medical science). Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Medicine at the Tashkent Medical Academy. Approve the composition of the Academic Council No. 30.02 under the number 30.02 according to the appendix.
