It brings into accord the principles stated\u00a0 in standard documents, generalises an operational experience of departments, public organisation and chairs in spirituality sphere: prepares and publishes necessary scientifically \u2013 methodical instructions and literatures, carries out the various actions directed on \u00a0promotion of spiritual maturity \u00a0of students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General provisions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Department is created on the basis of the order of the rector;<\/li>\n<li>he staff of department will be organised from leading specialists in this direction, teachers and employees;<\/li>\n<li>Activity of the department is \u00a0\u00a0carried \u00a0out under the supervision of \u00a0\u00a0the vice-rector on spiritually- enlightment;<\/li>\n<li>the Department carries out the activity together with deans of faculties, heads of departments, heads of chairs,\u00a0 tutors of the group<\/li>\n<li>Department carries out the activity on the basis of the law of department of spirituality and enlightenment at the Ministry of the higher and secondary education;<\/li>\n<li>the Department has the plan of work for current next year;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The\u00a0 tasks of department:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Upbrining student\u2019s youth in the spirit of national and patriotic traditions, widening \u00a0their spiritual, aesthetic and moral outlook, a protection of their consciousness from influence of various extremist and harmful ideas and to bring up devoted citizens of independent Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Department duties:<\/li>\n<li>Holding \u00a0the actions connected with educational and cultural work, carried out on the scale of the country;<\/li>\n<li>the Organization of work among student\u2019s youth \u00a0directed, aesthetic political, art education;<\/li>\n<li>Holding \u00a0actions, talks , meetings in the spirit of national and cultural traditions.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting \u00a0increase of spiritual and physical development of youth;<\/li>\n<li>Determining \u00a0a direction of spiritually-educational and upbrining work at university, \u00a0elaborating\u00a0 appropriate \u00a0standard documents and offers;<\/li>\n<li>Participation in improvement of spiritually-educational work of the Republican centre of spirituality and right together with its city, regional branches and funds operating in the country and social organisations:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The department rights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to monitor spiritually-educational work at faculties;<\/li>\n<li>to monitor at faculties execution of orders and the instructions of the Ministry connected with spiritually-educational work:<\/li>\n<li>Regularly participates and speaks \u00a0with offers at meetings for electing assistants of \u00a0deans on spiritually \u2013 enlightment work and their \u00a0dismission of a post;<\/li>\n<li>makes offers and instructions to deans of faculties and heads of \u00a0chairs concerning spirituality and enlightenment issues;<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and \u00a0assesses performance by professors and teachers of the works \u00a0mentioned in point \u00abWork on spirituality and enlightenment\u00bb in their individual plans of work;<\/li>\n<li>Following the results of each semestre assistants of \u00a0deans reports on the done work to the chief of department on spiritually-educational work;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>makes offers on spiritually- enlightment encouragement of the most active employees of faculties,
