    1. Diploma of Higher Education (extract from the diploma for students enrolled on the basis of the state grant) – original and photocopy;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. The leaflet (the average mark of the diploma must be calculated on a 100-point rating system) – the original and photocopy;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Scientific articles and abstracts, if any (photocopy);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. Photos 3.5 x 4.5 (6 pieces – all photos must be the same);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            1. Medical certificate 086-U form (original);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. Passport (original and photocopy) *;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. Certificates IELTS (min. – 5.0), TOEFL (min. – 58), TestDaF (TDN3), CEFR (min. – B2 or C1), if available (original and photocopy);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
