Under the leadership of President Sh.M.Mirziyoyev special attention is paid to creating respectable living conditions, ensuring peace and prosperity, and especially maintaining and strengthening the health of the population. Efforts are being made to reform the health care system, to provide the population with quality medical care and, ultimately, to achieve the ultimate goal – the well-being of the nation.
\nDuring the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 1, 2019, a special working group was created from medical personnel and clinical interns of the Tashkent Medical Academy, Republican specialized scientific and practical medical centers to ensure the fulfillment of tasks to bring the Buka district of the Tashkent region (including 7th rural family clinic) in an approximate form. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Starting from June 3 of this year, within one month, this working group was assigned to standardize and provide health care to the population of the Bukin district, as well as to provide medical personnel, improve their skills and skills, maintain a healthy lifestyle and physical activity of the population, ensure provision of emergency and specialized care, maintaining maternal and child health, also reproductive health, ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being in the region, and taking prophylaxis of nosocomial infections.
\nOne of the main reasons for this work is the shortage of doctors in the regions. The most problematic regions in the shortage of medical personnel are Surkhandarya and Tashkent regions. During the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyayev to the Surkhandarya region on J\tanuary 19-20, 2018, at the initiative of the head of country, the Termez branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy was established on the basis of the Termez Medical College, which was officially opened on February 1, 2018. The opening of the TMA Termez branch helped to solve the problem of shortage of personnel in the region and practical assistance in solving existing needs.
\nHowever, the Tashkent region is considered to be the most vulnerable region. If we look at the example of the Buka district, there are currently 322.75 workplaces for state doctors, 148 doctors work in 244.25 state units. 78.5 states are vacant. If you look at the percentage, 24.3 percent of the workplace is vacant, and the number of doctors does not even make up 50 percent of the medical staff.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

At a meeting with health workers, the head of our state noted that \u201cAll existing centers are located in the city of Tashkent, which, in particular, creates certain inconveniences for the rural population. Specialists of specialized medical centers should provide medical care and carry out surgical procedures in the settlements. ” To conduct a medical examination of the population of the Buka district of the Tashkent region, a special working group was established, consisting of 160 doctors and clinical interns of the Tashkent Medical Academy, Republican specialized scientific and practical medical centers. During the medical examination, each patient was given special attention and doctors visited the homes of patients. It was also provided for the treatment of outpatient patients as in the Republican medical and preventive organizations. After a comprehensive medical examination, war veterans and adult patients will be provided with sanatoriums and resorts throughout the country.
\nThis event is not limited with medical care. During this time, the doctors of the capital will hold seminars and trainings for local specialists in the field of surgical procedures and treatment. In addition, during medical examinations there are held discussions about a healthy lifestyle of the population.<\/p>\n

In conclusion, according to the President, \u201cOne thing should not be forgotten: the medical staff of the center should not wait for the patient to arrive, but should involve the population in prevention and raising the level of medical culture.\u201d Only then will people be pleased.<\/p>\n
