Until all sectors of the population and the best specialists are involved in the fight against corruption, until our whole society is, figuratively speaking, vaccinated with a \u201cvaccine of honesty\u201d, we will not be able to achieve our goals.\u00a0From eliminating the consequences of corruption, we must move on to its early prevention.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In his\u00a0appeal to the\u00a0Oliy\u00a0Majlis of\u00a0this year,\u00a0President of Uzbekistan\u00a0Shavkat\u00a0Mirziyayev\u00a0noted that ”\u00a0Efficiency our reforms now depends on four important factors: the rule of law, the fight\u00a0‘s\u00a0against corruption, the strengthening of institutional capacity and building strong democratic institutions.”\u00a0Indeed, CORRUPTION is the enemy of development.\u00a0If we do not eradicate this, any reforms will be ineffective.<\/p>\n

Taken numerous steps to eliminate it\u00a0first\u00a0, “disease”\u00a0and turning\u00a0in\u00a0ysshego education in\u00a0non-corrupt\u00a0sector.\u00a0In particular, on February 21,\u00a0a round table was held\u00a0with students\u00a0in the Tashkent Medical Academy\u00a0in cooperation with the Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of the event was organized by the students’ drawings exhibition\u00a0–\u00a0lan\u00a0n\u00a0and\u00a0Cove\u00a0competition\u00a0and\u00a0paintings promoting the fight against corruption.<\/em><\/p>\n

Rector of the Tashkent Medical Academy\u00a0Laziz\u00a0Tuychiev\u00a0spoke in detail about the work of the Academy to combat corruption.<\/p>\n

The first deputy head of the Office for Combating Economic Crimes at the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan U. Mukhammedov informed about the anti-corruption policy in our country and measures to prevent it.<\/p>\n
