On October 26, 2017 F.J.Shokirova – Assistant of Department of Hematology, Transfusion and Laboratory of the Tashkent Medical Academy held the enlightenment hour event according to the President’s decree ““The Year of Dialogue with the People and the Human Interests” working out the state program and its implementation measures with the aim of acquainting in Chirchik Medical College. The events were attended by the students of group 219 and teachers of the department of therapy. Improve the quality and effectiveness of democratic processes in the country as well as human rights, freedoms and interests, including the appropriate level of people’s lives, they are to be carried out to strengthen the role and responsibility of the state to establish an open dialogue with the population, and their applications work with the new efficient introduction of mechanisms and methods, timely resolution of the problems of disturbing the citizens, “Human interests are far above all” is “The Year of Dialogue with the People and the Human Interests” in the Republic of Uzbekistan by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 to consistently implement the noble idea. Assistant F.J. Shokirova acquainted participants with the state program of ” The Year of Dialogue with the People and the Human Interests” In order to ensure the implementation of this Decree, there are “people’s lobbies” on the ground, and they are well-known. To ensure the sustainable growth of the economy, enhancing the reform and liberalization of the economy, business and private entrepreneurship support and promote the most favorable conditions for entrepreneurial activities through a ‘single window’ principle of government is showing the development of entrepreneurship in the country. In order to improve the living conditions and quality of the population, targeted programs are being implemented to build cheap and comfortable homes for up-to-date designs. She spoke of education, social security and health care, including maternal and child health, to develop further strengthening of the family institution, and to foster a healthy, young talents and abilities to realize their life convenient location to be carried out on an opportunity to create a and informed about the complex measures.
