In our country, much attention is paid to the social protection of youth, the education of harmoniously developed youth, raising the standard of living with the support of talented youth and the effective use of their potential for the country’s prosperity. As the number of young people joining the labor market is growing from year to year, it is important to send them to various sectors of the economy and ensure their employment.
Today, December 17, the Alumni Forum is held, dedicated to the employment of 867 graduates of the Tashkent Medical Academy for the 2019-2020 academic year.
Representatives of the Ministry of Health in the field of regional medical institutions, departmental and private medical institutions take part in the forum as an employer, held direct negotiations with graduates of the Tashkent Medical Academy and conclude agreements on tomorrow’s vacancies.
For reference, for the 2019-2020 academic year, the Tashkent Medical Academy will graduate on the basis of state grants of 190 students, 416 students on a contract basis, a total of 606 students will receive a bachelor’s degree, and 53 master’s students under the state grant and 208 master’s on a contract basis, the total number of graduates of narrow specialization was 261. The total number of graduates is 867 people.
This year, the first 50 graduates of medical biology are graduated as primary medical specialists. They can work in state and private medical institutions of the republic as a specialist in clinical laboratory diagnostics and as a specialist in basic medical sciences.
At the same time, they will gain new skills in the master’s program in the field of molecular genetics, medical cybernetics, molecular pharmacology and will contribute to the promotion of domestic medicine at the international level.
In addition, for the first time in the republic, 41 graduates of targeted state grants will complete their undergraduate studies in Higher Nursing. These graduates will now be sent to work in their regions where there was a target set of areas in which there was a shortage of personnel in this specialty.
