The main topic of the meeting was the allocation of 5 million US dollars to the Academy for a grant project.
A final meeting is planned in South Korea in the near future to sign a bilateral agreement between the Academy and KOFIH. The grant will focus on upgrading the skills of the Academy’s medical staff, including the development of joint scientific and educational programmes, as well as international internships in the Republic of Korea in 20 medical fields for a period of three years.
