The delegation consisting of the officials of the ministry headed by the first deputy minister of health Davron Takhirovich Sultanov and Shuhrat Boymuradov, the vice-rector of academic affairs of the Tashkent Medical Academy Cooperation on health care in the cities of Stockholm and Gothenburg, Sweden on April 22-27, 2024 is in this country to develop relations.
On the first day of the visit, a meeting was held with Annika Ostman Wernerson, Rector of Karolinska Institutet University in Stockholm. At the meeting, agreements were reached on the signing of a memorandum of cooperation, student mobility, implementation of scientific projects and publication of scientific publications, (PhD) and master’s degrees.
For information, Alfred Nobel worked at Karolinska Institutet University. More than 50 members of the world-famous Nobel Prize Committee for Physiology and Medicine are professors of this university and participate in the assessment of scientific works around the world.
