Participation forms:

- poster presentation;

To compose the Conference Program, we ask participants to send an application for participation in the Conference, to submit a report (oral/ poster presentation) or publication materials by April 15, 2025 to the e-mail address: alenavanda@mail.ru indicating the form of participation, the title of the report/article/abstract. The application must indicate all authors (if any) (Appendix 1).
Participation conditions
To participate in the Conference with publication of materials, it is necessary to send the following materials to the Organizing Committee by April 25, 2025 in a single letter to the e-mail address alenavanda@mail.ru:
– an article/abstract for publication formatted in accordance with the requirements (Appendix 2);
– a poster presentation (if this form of participation is selected) formatted according to the requirements (example – Appendix 3).
Files with materials must be named by the first author’s last name (for example: Ivanov_article; Ivanov_abstract) and application (e.g.: Ianov_application).
Participants who have not got confirmation of receiving their material are asked to duplicate the materials or contact the Executive Secretary of the Conference Organizing Committee.
Requirements for the format of materials for publication:
The adopted reports/articles/abstracts are planned to publish in the international scientific and practical journal for pharmacists and physicians “Recipe” (the Highest Attestation Commission). The Conference Materials will be posted on the TMA and BSMU websites. Abstracts up to 3 pages of typewritten text in the WORD editor are accepted.
Requirements for the abstract design:
- Margins: top, bottom, right, left – 2.5 cm.
- Information part: in the center, Times New Roman font 12 pt., on a separate line: article title – uppercase, bold. Last name, First name, Patronymic of the author(s) – lowercase; organization, city, country – lowercase, italics. e-mail.
- Text: text font – Times New Roman, 12 pt., paragraph indent – 1.25 cm. Single spacing. Text alignment – justified, no hyphenation.
- The text of the abstract is structured as follows: introduction, purpose, materials and methods, results and their discussion, conclusions.
- Tables, formulas, graphic drawings, list of references are not allowed.
The abstracts that do not comply with the formatting rules, the Conference topic or submitted after the deadline will not be considered and will not be returned. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select materials for publication.
Requirements for the design of the poster report.
- The would-be publication is provided in the electronic format and may contain information presented in the form of text, graphs, diagrams, tables, figures, etc.;
- To facilitate the information perception, the presented material should be structured with highlighted section headings: introduction, purpose, materials and methods, results and their discussion, conclusions.
- Size: 800 mm (width) * 1000 mm (height)
- Text orientation: portrait
- Font: not less than 25 pt; upright (easy to read); color – contrast
- All images must be of good quality
- Poster elements must not extend beyond the edges of the layout
- File format – TIFF / PDF*
* the original PPTX format is not accepted
- Each presentation must include the title, the last names of the author/authors, the name of the organization where the research was carried out, city, country (at the top of the poster in full accordance with the submitted application).
