As a part of the monthly meetings with foreign students of the Tashkent Medical Academy, held on every last Saturday of the current month, a regular meeting was held with foreign students of our Academy.
In the course of these meetings, all the questions and news concerning the training and stay of foreign citizens in the Tashkent Medical Academy are discussed. Issues of concern to our foreign students, very quickly find their solutions during such meetings.

The leadership, representatives of the deans’ offices, the department of the Union of Youth and relevant academy teachers, who are very attentive and responsible in dealing with issues arising from foreign citizens, attend the meetings.
After discussing all organizational issues, the meeting is devoted to selected topics. In January, students of TMA — citizens of Turkmenistan — spoke at this meeting. They presented a survey presentation and a video about the culture and rich heritage of Turkmenistan, ancient cities, centuries-old history, values, sights, national clothes and of course about refined cuisine.
During their performances, the participants familiarized themselves with the information presented with great interest and attention. The speech of students-citizens of Turkmenistan gave a special festive atmosphere to the meeting.
After the presentation, a tasting of national Turkmen dishes was organized, which were prepared by the students themselves. All participants highly appreciated the culinary skills of students.
