The main tasks of the department:

Formation and regular updating of a unified database of talented and enterprising youth of the DARKNESS and
ensure their cooperation with leading scientists and businessmen of the country;
Identification of the intellectual potential of talented students;
Organization of targeted training of talented students depending on their abilities and inclinations;
Development and support of innovative projects, organization of scientific and innovative accelerators and business incubators, orientation of enterprising youth to entrepreneurial activity;
Assistance to talented youth in advanced training in prestigious research centers, universities, technology parks and manufacturing enterprises of developed foreign countries;
Formation of new generation research teams and schools in specialized areas in higher education institutions;
Formation of teams of future scientists who find their place in the field of science and are able to contribute to the prestige of the country’s science in the future;
Creating conditions for students to master various methods, directions and skills of conducting research work;
Assistance to students in deeper mastering of educational material through their participation in research activities and strengthening their creative approach to this process;
To ensure the active participation of talented students in national and international scientific Olympiads, competitions of state scholarships and state awards;
Wide involvement of students in research projects conducted at TMA;
Organization of elections of the heads of the Youth Academy together with the Department for Youth Work, Spirituality and Education and support for their activities;
Broad involvement of students in the defense of a startup project suitable for the field of education and the idea of rationalizing both a diploma and a master’s thesis;
Organization of the competition “Scholarships by the name of scholarships and various nominations established at the Tashkent Medical Academy” among undergraduate, graduate, clinical residency and doctoral students and registration of documents on the encouragement of scholarship holders and nominations;
Wide coverage of the results of scientific activities, achievements and works of talented students in the media and social networks;
